FAQ

Where is my order?

You can look up your order here.

Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days. Each item that is purchased requires a specific processing time before your order can be shipped. The processing time is different for each item and the expected delivery date is listed under the item's description page, just under the item's image. Transit time does not begin until your order ships from our manufacturer and is calculated by business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your shoe goes into production, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking information... Letting you know it is on its way. 

IF you do not see the movement of your package this means the label has been printed and it is being prepared for shipping you should see movement within 5-7 business days.

 Please E-mail us at support@dashirtguy.com if you have one of the following issues:

  • Your order information has not been updated to your account
  • Delivery time frame has passed and you have not received an update on your package

     

    ARE THE SHOES CONVERSE?

    No. They are our in-house brand.  If the shoes were Converse, we would have to charge an extra $50 just to cover the cost of the Converse shoes.  So in total, the shoes would cost you over $105+.  

     

    WHY DON'T I HAVE MY ORDER YET IF THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?  

    This is how shopping works.  You pay first, then receive your item based on what is promised on the product page.  We do not offer Cash On Delivery for our items. This is not a restaurant where you could potentially receive your items before you pay. :)

    MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT 

    Dashirtguy.com is not responsible for an entry error. It is the customers responsibly to enter the correct complete address.

    Changes to your address/shoe size can be made within 24 hours of placing your order when submitted by e-mail to support@dashirtguy.com.

    MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/UNDELIVERABLE/STOLEN

    If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service or your country's Post Office. 

    Da Shirt Guy does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered and we do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. If you have doubts about your packages being safe or not, we recommend you use a PO box or an address where you know no one can take your packages.

    With that being said, please always check with neighbors and family members if your items show delivered because over the years we have seen that 2 out of 3 times someone put the package away and did not let that person know.

    Dashirtguy.com is not responsible for any replacements of lost, undeliverable, stolen items. Nor the shipping costs incurred. 

     

    Exchange Policy

    We're committed to your total satisfaction. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Purchase, we will be happy to provide exchange instructions for an exchange only. Our Exchange Process is simple and hassle-free. You can exchange your merchandise to our facility up to 30 days from your item's received date for an exchange (If at any point a full refund is given it will minus the original shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your order. If you received free shipping 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.)

    Exchanges must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

    Your exchanged item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your exchange is processed.

    Once your returned item is received, it can take up to 5 business days for processing of your exchange

     

    Exchange Instructions:

    You can return your merchandise to our facility up to 30 days from your item's received date (based on tracking).

    Please include your order # and the name the order was placed under

    NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back your exchanged product at your own expense.

    Return Exclusions

    If your item is damaged, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. minus the original shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your order. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.

    Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with attached tags, manufacturer's tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received.

    All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for one of the following reasons:

    • Return is outside of the return policy
    • Item appears worn, washed or used
    • Item was damaged after delivery
    • Item is altered
    • Item is returned with holes
    • Item is stained (dirt, makeup, food, pet hair, odor etc.)
    • Item is returned without attached tags, manufacturer's tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received

     

     

    T-Shirt, Hoodies, and Shoes Size Exchanges:

    If for any reason you are not happy with the size of the garment (t-shirt, hoodie, long-sleeve and shoes), we will provide a one-time replacement either one size up or one size down from the original order. No exceptions.  This means if you ordered a 2XL and intended it to be an XL and do not let us know within 48 hrs, we cannot honor the exchange.

    Damaged or Defective Merchandise

    All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hrs of your order's received date. If we are notified of your damaged item(s) after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request. 

    DaShirtguy.com Support will replace your item immediately.  The item will need to be returned to us first and your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise.

    CHEAPEST WAY TO SHIP ITEMS BACK TO YOU?
    We recommend using a flat-rate padded 9-1/2" x 12-1/2" envelope from the US Postal Service for the cheapest way to send in returns & exchanges. This will cost you $7.40. These padded envelopes will fit up to a size 10 in women's.

     

    I refused my package from the mailman now I want a refund.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer by rejecting your package from the mail courier. 1. Your purchase will go back to the manufacturer and they dispose of all returned packages without notice to us.

    We are not liable for returned items to the manufacturer. We ask that you follow Exchange Instructions:

    I ORDERED THE WRONG SHOE CAN YOU CORRECT IT?

    Please contact support@dashirtguy.com to cancel your order and you will be refunded immediately. Then you can place your order correctly at this time.

    I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER

    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours support@dashirtguy.com. After 24 hours the item will be sent to production. At that point, it can not be canceled.  

    WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

    Although our fulfillment house is located in the USA, some of our
    specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
    Germany, the United Kingdom, and China.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
    sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
    Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
